If you need to break your lease, the first thing you should do is contact your management company to see what your options are. Most will let you out of your lease if you find a qualified tenant to take over your lease or allow you to sublet. If you don’t have time to search for a new tenant yourself, call an agent and have them rent it for you. It should cost you nothing as the rentrt usually pays the broker's fee.
Please note that no matter what the outcome is, your landlord may still withhold your security deposit for breaking your lease.
